Ingredients

a 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, rinsed, and squeezed dry
1 cup bottled mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh chives

Preparation

  1. In a blender purée the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives. Serve the sauce with chicken.
