Ingredients

2 small peaches, peeled and quartered
1 medium banana
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tsp honey
2 tsp flaxseed oil (found at health food stores)
1 or 2 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
