1 1/2 ounces gin
Chilled club soda
2 dashes grenadine
1 slice pineapple

Preparation

  1. Put the ice cube in an 8-ounce highball glass, squeeze in the juice of the lime or lemon, add 2 dashes grenadine, then drop in the shell. Add the gin, fill with club soda, and stir. Garnish with pineapple slice.
