Ingredients

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chervil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Pulse herbs in a blender with lemon juice and 1/2 cup mayonnaise until puréed. Add remaining 1/2 cup mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and blend well.

    Step 2

    Transfer to a bowl and chill, covered, at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
