Asparagus tips for the cauliflower
Fillet of sole for the cod
4 sprigs of fresh tarragon, stripped and chopped, for the parsley

Preparation

  1. Prepare just as for the master recipe, #246, but with swapped ingredients: a layer of asparagus tips, portions of sole, salt and pepper, scallions, tarragon, EVOO, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, rather than 20. Serve with salad and bread.
