French Coconut Pie

Ingredients

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup or 3Ā 1/2-ounce can shredded coconut
1 cup milk
One 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
