Bulgarian Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

Plain yogurt
Cucumbers
A few pinches of sugar
A few pinches of fresh or dried dill weed
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix together 1 cup yogurt for every 1/2 to 1 cup cucumbers. Add the sugar and dill and season to taste with salt and pepper.
