Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup prepared white horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  1. Blend all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
